If you cannot find the style you like on our website, you are welcome to
express your needs and we will customise flower products for you.
Within 10 minutes of placing an order, our system will send a confirmation email to your email or SMS to your mobile phone. Please check whether the message has been sent to the spam folder. If you still do not receive a confirming message, please contact our customer service immediately.
Yes. Please contact our customer service 3 working days prior to the scheduled delivery date for any changes. To ensure that your order can be delivered on time, we will not accept any urgent order change requests.
We are afraid that we cannot cancel the order once it is confirmed. The order can only be cancelled due to shortage of flower material. Please note that there will be no refund for unsuccessful cancellations.
Delivery & Self pick-up
Yes. We charge the shipment fee according to different regions in Hong Kong. Please refer to “Delivery and Fees" for more details.

Yes. You can order flowers in advance and arrange to have them delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
Same day delivery
Of course you can!
Our Same day flower delivery range includes preserved flowers and fresh flowers. If you need to use this service, you can choose the style on our website and/or on Instagram first; then contact our customer service via WhatsApp +85295561140, to check whether the one you want is available that day.Please note that the stock of flowers is different from day to day, so if the flowers you want are out of stock on that day, we may not be able to provide you with the exact style and may replace it with other flowers.

We accept credit cards (AE, VISA, Master Card). And also, we accept FPS and ATM bank transfer.

Appeals for Goods and Services
If the quality of goods or services is defective, please contact us within 24 hours after the delivery of the product, and keep the product in its original condition. We will deal with it as soon as possible and provide you with a satisfactory remedy.
Others
Yes. You can mail or bring your own card to our store. Our florist will add your appreciation card or gift to your flower present. Alternatively, you can also write your own thank-you card on the Just Bloom website as you fill out your order information.
